OUR REPAIR WARRANTY

REPAIRS PERFORMED BY VEGAS VIP AUTO REPAIR

Qualifying repairs performed by Vegas VIP Auto Repair may be covered under the warranty terms specified on your repair order or final invoice.

The applicable warranty period, parts coverage, labor coverage, and other conditions may vary depending on:

  • The type of repair performed
  • The parts installed
  • The vehicle
  • The supplier or manufacturer warranty
  • The terms stated on your final repair invoice

Please review your final repair invoice for the warranty terms applicable to your specific repair.

WHAT OUR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS

Our Limited Repair Warranty applies to the specific repair work and components identified on your final repair invoice.

If you experience a problem that you believe may be related to a repair performed by Vegas VIP Auto Repair during the applicable warranty period, contact us as soon as possible.

Our team will have an opportunity to inspect the vehicle and determine whether the concern is related to the original repair and whether it qualifies for warranty coverage.

Warranty coverage does not automatically extend to unrelated vehicle systems, components, or new problems that develop after the original repair.

IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM AFTER YOUR REPAIR

If something doesn’t feel right after your vehicle has been serviced, please contact us before authorizing additional repairs whenever reasonably possible.

1. CONTACT US

Reach out to Vegas VIP Auto Repair as soon as you notice a concern.

2. TELL US WHAT HAPPENED

Explain the symptoms, warning lights, noises, performance issues, or other concerns you are experiencing.

3. LET US INSPECT THE VEHICLE

Give our team the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and determine whether the issue is related to the original repair.

4. DETERMINE WARRANTY COVERAGE

After inspection, we will determine whether the concern falls within the applicable warranty terms for your repair.

REPAIRS PERFORMED BY ANOTHER REPAIR FACILITY

Having your vehicle inspected or serviced by another repair facility does not automatically mean your warranty is void.

However, Vegas VIP Auto Repair cannot be responsible for damage, additional failures, or repair costs resulting from work performed by another person or repair facility.

This may include:

  • Improper repairs
  • Modification of our original repair
  • Removal or replacement of components we installed
  • Damage caused by subsequent repairs
  • Work that interferes with the original repair

Vegas VIP Auto Repair is not responsible for charges from another repair facility unless those charges have been specifically approved by us in writing.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS

PARTS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER

Repairs performed using customer-supplied parts may not be covered under our Limited Repair Warranty.

When a customer requests installation of a part they purchased themselves, the repair order may identify the part as customer supplied.

Because the part was not supplied by Vegas VIP Auto Repair, we cannot guarantee its:

  • Quality
  • Condition
  • Compatibility
  • Durability
  • Performance

Any manufacturer warranty associated with a customer-supplied part remains subject to the terms of that manufacturer.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Unless otherwise stated in writing on your repair order or final invoice, the Limited Repair Warranty does not cover:

NORMAL WEAR & TEAR

Components that naturally wear out through normal vehicle use.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Maintenance services or components that have reached the end of their normal service life.

ACCIDENT OR ROAD DAMAGE

Damage resulting from collisions, accidents, road hazards, theft, vandalism, weather, or environmental conditions.

MISUSE OR ABUSE

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, racing, off-road use, improper operation, or other abnormal vehicle use.

CONTINUED OPERATION AFTER A WARNING

Damage caused by continuing to drive the vehicle after a significant warning, overheating condition, unusual noise, loss of oil pressure, loss of coolant, or other serious malfunction becomes apparent.

LACK OF MAINTENANCE

Failures resulting from failure to perform required or reasonably necessary vehicle maintenance.

PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

Problems that existed before the repair or conditions unrelated to the work performed by Vegas VIP Auto Repair.

UNRELATED COMPONENT FAILURE

Failure of another vehicle component or system that subsequently affects the repaired component.

UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS

Problems caused or contributed to by unauthorized modifications or alterations.

OTHER REPAIR FACILITIES

Damage or failures resulting from work performed by another repair facility or individual.

THIRD-PARTY EXPENSES

Unless specifically approved in writing, the warranty does not automatically cover towing, rental vehicles, transportation, storage, diagnostic charges, loss of use, lost income, or other third-party expenses.

WARRANTY INSPECTION

YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION

A warranty claim requires Vegas VIP Auto Repair to have an opportunity to inspect the vehicle.

Our inspection may determine:

  • Whether the repair is within the applicable warranty period
  • Whether the reported concern relates to the original repair
  • Whether the repaired component or workmanship failed
  • Whether an exclusion applies
  • What action, if any, is required under the applicable warranty terms

Simply reporting a problem does not automatically establish that the original repair failed or that the repair qualifies for warranty coverage.

KEEP YOUR FINAL REPAIR INVOICE

YOUR INVOICE IS IMPORTANT

Please keep your final Vegas VIP Auto Repair invoice.

Your invoice provides important information about your service, including:

  • The repair performed
  • Parts installed
  • Date of service
  • Vehicle information
  • Applicable warranty terms

Your final invoice may be required when submitting or reviewing a warranty claim.
